Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is in its original condition (unused, uninstalled, with all packaging and tags intact)
- You have the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The product is not listed below as non-returnable
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Plumbing consumables (opened packages)
- Installation items that have been used or modified
- Servicing and repair tools that show signs of use
- Any products that have been installed or used
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
