Order Processing & Delivery Times
Processing Time: 1-2 business days
Delivery Options:
- Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) – £12.95
- Free Shipping: Via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch) – Free for orders over £50
Note: Delivery times may vary for international orders. Some Asian regions and remote areas may not be serviced.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your bar mixers, shower valves, digital showers and other premium products. If you’re not happy with your order, our straightforward policy makes resolution easy.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is in original condition (unused, uninstalled, with all packaging and tags intact)
- You have the original proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- The product is not listed below as non-returnable
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Plumbing consumables (opened packages)
- Installation items that have been used or modified
- Servicing and repair tools that show signs of use
- Any products that have been installed or used
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request
- Provide details including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason
- Wait for approval – we’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging with all accessories
- Ship the return to our warehouse at the address provided in your return approval
Return Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receipt
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received and approved
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product (including shower valves, digital showers, or other professional shower solutions):

- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
